Cavco – Nappanee builds its park model RVs with many of the same quality, high-end materials used in high-end modular homes, including:

Cavco – Nappanee park model RVs feature ½” drywall and vinyl wall covering you can personalize by selecting from an array of designs. Large, Thermopane Double Glaze Low-E windows provide abundant, natural light and clear, expansive outdoor views.
The CRADLE OF STRENGTH Cavco – Nappanee builds into our construction is applied to all Cavco – Nappanee products, including our park model RVs. Cavco – Nappanee floor joists are installed 16” apart, just like on high-end, site-built homes. Outside wall studs and roof trusses are 16” apart, as well. OSB sheathing 7/16” thick provides added strength and durability to every Cavco – Nappanee park model RV.
For added peace-of-mind, Cavco – Nappanee Homes provides a white glove approach to customer service. Historically, we have had fewer service issues than other park model RVs on the market.
