Year-Around, Indoor Home Construction Protected from the Elements

Cavco - Nappanee is committed to building affordable, attractive homes with our laser focus on solid, strong construction and providing high-quality components. For 50 years, Cavco - Nappanee has given customers the peace of mind that comes from knowing their home has been built with our commitment to value, strength and affordability.

Cavco - Nappanee homes are built in indoor facilities that protect them from the elements, like rain, snow, high winds, and other harmful factors. It allows us to build our manufactured, modular and park model homes year-around and without weather delays, which negatively affect the construction of traditional, site-built homes. Our off-site, indoor construction enables Cavco to use experienced teams of local craftsmen while reducing waste by optimizing building materials usage.

In addition to our focus on durability and installing high-quality appliances and components, Cavco understands the importance of providing beautiful homes. It’s why each Cavco - Nappanee home has a fresh, contemporary look that provides a warm, comfortable aesthetic.
